JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Python and FastAPI\nDemonstrated experience with AiM or a comparable enterprise asset management system, including facilities maintenance workflows\nExperience with LLM integration (prompt design, structured output validation, streaming, privacy controls, human review of AI output) and AWS Bedrock\nExperience with enterprise integration using REST APIs and SOAP/XML, plus SQL Server querying and relational data modelling\nProficiency with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code for development, debugging, refactoring and test generation, including validating AI-generated code for correctness and security\n\nNice-to-Haves:\nExperience with application security (authentication, session management, authorization, auditability)\nExperience with containerized deployment
