You will lead skilled software development teams, define platform architecture and strategy, and oversee the delivery of secure, innovative payment products across POS, mobile, and unattended payment environments. This role is ideal for a leader who combines deep technical expertise, payment industry knowledge, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of software development professionals responsible for the delivery of payment products across POS terminals, mobile solutions, pinpads, and unattended payment devices. Oversee the full software development lifecycle for multiple projects, including requirements definition, solution design, development, testing, integration, and release management. Define and govern platform architecture, review solution designs, and ensure alignment with technical standards, product architecture, and engineering best practices.
