Microsoft BizTalk Server.\nInvestigate and resolve application incidents, integration failures, system errors, and production issues.\nMonitor BizTalk applications, message processing, interfaces, and system performance to ensure operational stability.\nSupport healthcare integrations using HL7 messaging standards.\nDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and integrations using .NET technologies.\nWork with XML, XSD, XSLT, web services, APIs, and related integration technologies.\nSupport and maintain SharePoint-based applications and solutions.\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative solutions for recurring issues.\nParticipate in application enhancements, deployments, patches, upgrades, and system testing.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support documentation.\nCollaborate with application development, infrastructure, business, and healthcare technology teams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve application reliability, performance, monitoring, and support processes.\n\nMandatory Qualifications\nStrong hands-on Microsoft BizTalk Server development, maintenance, and production support experience – MANDATORY.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.\nStrong experience with HL7 healthcare integration and messaging.\nHands-on experience with .NET / C# technologies.\nExperience with XML, XSD, XSLT and related integration technologies.\nExperience supporting or developing SharePoint solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.\nExperience with application monitoring, incident management, problem management, and production support.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and application owners.\n\nNice To Have\nPrevious experience
