technologies\nAnalyze, design, and implement system enhancements based on business requirements\nConduct technical investigations and root-cause analysis on application issues\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, procedures, and testing results\nImplement corrective actions to address identified technical issues\nIdentify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency\nCollaborate with business analysts and UX designers to deliver interactive solutions\n\nMust Haves\n5+ years in Software Development within a Microsoft technology environment\nAzure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform application development\nWeb development using modern frameworks and Microsoft technologies\nSource control systems including advanced branching and merging strategies\nPost-secondary education in computer science, software development, or a related field\nMust hold a federal government secret level security clearance\n\nNice to Have\nAgile methodology experience or designation\nDevOps implementation experience\nApplication security experience including certificate management\nExperience with AI-based tools including test automation
