Working within an Agile team, this person will develop reusable software components, support enterprise automation and self-service capabilities, and contribute to solution design, testing and technical mentorship.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build lightweight, reusable front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based frameworks.\nCollaborate with developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable solutions using established platform components.\nContribute to complex solution design and lead software development, maintenance, testing and evaluation activities.\nDevelop unit and integration tests and automate repetitive development tasks.\nApply coding standards and engineering practices that address functional, non-functional and security requirements.\nAssess the impact of changes on upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes, identifying risks and potential issues.\nSupport initiatives that improve automation, self-service and component reuse across the enterprise.\nCoach and mentor technical practitioners, challenge inefficient approaches and contribute to continuous improvement.\nManage competing priorities and communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMust Haves\nMust be eligible for Reliability Clearance (5+ years in Canada)\n7+ years of experience delivering software, integration or platform engineering solutions through the software development lifecycle.\nStrong hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and a component-based front-end framework, such as LWC, React, Vue or equivalent.\nBackend Development with Java and/or C#\nExperience building reusable, maintainable UI components, with a strong understanding of component lifecycle and state management.\nFamiliarity with design systems and CSS frameworks.\nPractical understanding of APIs, REST and integration patterns.\nStrong experience with continuous integration tools, such as GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, and experience developing unit and integration tests.\nDemonstrated technical depth in complex solution design and engineering, including meeting functional, non-functional and security requirements.\nExperience delivering initiatives that support automation, self-service and enterprise reuse.\nExperience coaching and mentoring technical practitioners.\nStrong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile teams and adapting to changing priorities.\nNice to
