This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGreet residents, prospects, and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable. \nAnswer telephone calls and direct to appropriate individual or take messages as needed.\nProvide information to residents and prospects, directing them to restaurants, transportation, and current local events. \nAccept deliveries and track packages. \nMaintain refreshment area.\nFollow up on completed maintenance requests.\nAbides by Fair Housing Laws.\nOther duties as assigned.\nOCCASIONAL FUNCTIONS:\nReceive, sort, and direct incoming and outgoing mail. \nCoordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services.\nAssist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing. \nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nPHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:\nPhysical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or standing for periods of time. \nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.\nGENERAL:\nHours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community.
