This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGreet residents, prospects, and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable. \nRemove and dispose of all trash from the grounds, parking pots, hallways, laundries, apartments, and rental office.\nRepair fences.\nWork to enhance the appearance of all common areas; clean pool, and playgrounds, weed lawns and flower beds, place mulch, prune trees etc. \nRoutinely inspect all ground spaces including but not limited to natural terrain which may post a trip hazard by a visible hole, divot, or any other means. \nOther duties as assigned.\nOCCASIONAL FUNCTIONS:\nMow and trim the lawn.\nPerform minor repairs requiring the use of hand tools.\nClean roofs and gutters.\nPaint signage. \nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:\nAbility to read and write in English.\nValid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle)\nPHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:\nPhysical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or standing for periods of time. \nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.\nGENERAL:\nHours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community.
