This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community, therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAbides by Fair Housing Laws.\nThoroughly cleaning apartments prior to new residents moving in, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.\nStripping and waxing hallways.\nCleaning laundry rooms, offices, maintenance shops, clubhouse, and all common areas.\nCleans up trash in common areas.\nVacuum carpets.\nClean windows, doors, and furnishings.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma/GED.\nPrior housekeeping experience.\nFamiliarity with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.\nAbility to read the English language.\nPHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:\nPhysical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or sitting for periods of time. \nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.\nGENERAL:\nHours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community.
