We specialise in providing cutting-edge services for fast-growing businesses and enterprises, with a strong focus on Finance, Renewable Energy and Healthcare domains and expertise in AI, Blockchain and Data Science.\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team and manage accounting operations for individual entrepreneurs, ensuring accurate financial records, timely tax reporting, and smooth payment processes.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage full-cycle accounting for approximately individual entrepreneurs (FOPs).\n\nPrepare and submit tax declarations and other required reports to Ukrainian tax authorities.\n\nCalculate and monitor tax payments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines.\n\nCalculate and process monthly remuneration payments to individual entrepreneurs and contractors.\n\nMaintain accurate accounting records and supporting financial documentation.\n\nMonitor changes in Ukrainian tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of relevant updates.\n\nCommunicate with contractors and internal teams regarding accounting, taxation, and payment-related matters.\n\nSupport day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to improving internal financial processes.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of practical experience in accounting, preferably working with individual entrepreneurs (FOPs).\n\nStrong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation and reporting requirements for FOPs.\n\nHands-on experience in preparing and submitting tax declarations and managing tax payments.\n\nExperience with Diia.City is preferred.\n\nExperience in calculating and processing contractor payments.\n\nProficiency in accounting software, online banking systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.\n\nEnglish language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.\n\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nLong team focus: We create an environment of transparent communication and minimal bureaucracy, which leads to long-term relationships.\n\nDevelopment of niche expertise: We work in several niches, such as FinTech, healthcare, and logistics.
