Our team of over 200 dedicated professionals works tirelessly across our global offices to develop innovative digital solutions that drive sustainable business value and increase our client’s competitiveness in a dynamic digital landscape.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop scalable, bulk-safe solutions with Apex and Lightning Web Components.\n\nBuild and maintain trigger architecture and asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Schedulable).\n\nChoose the right approach between Flow, custom code and managed packages, and justify these decisions to stakeholders.\n\nDesign data models and sharing architecture, including for large data volumes.\n\nDevelop inbound, outbound and event-driven integrations.\n\nMigrate legacy business logic (PHP, Java, JavaScript) to platform-native Salesforce solutions, including data migration and cutover planning.\n\nRequirements:\nStrong Apex experience with a deep understanding of governor limits and bulk design.\n\nSolid experience with Lightning Web Components.\n\nUnderstanding of the Salesforce order of execution and Flow best practices.\n\nExperience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Custom Metadata Types and Platform Cache.\n\nKnowledge of the Salesforce sharing model and large data volume techniques (selective queries, indexing, data skew).\n\nExperience with integrations: REST/SOAP, Bulk API 2.0, Pub/Sub API, Named Credentials and OAuth 2.0 flows.\n\nKnowledge of security in code.\n\nNice to Have:\nSalesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II, JavaScript Developer I, or Architect track.\n\nWorking knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.\n\nExperience with managed packages such as nCino, CPQ/Revenue Cloud or Field Service.\n\nExperience with MuleSoft or similar ESBs.\n\nFamiliarity with Agentforce, Prompt Builder and Data Cloud.\n\nWhat we offer:\nLong team focus: we create an environment of transparent communication, and minimal bureaucracy, which leads to long-term relationships.\n\nDevelopment of niche expertise: we are working in several niches, such as FinTech, healthcare, and logistics.
