Including but not limited to: Order Entry (knowledge of purchase order contracts and adhering to customer requirements), Order Acknowledgement, Manage SO Due on & Ship on dates, as well as Driving resolution for any customer holds, issues and escalations.\nParticipate in ongoing cross-functional, product, industry, and customer training.\nIndependently driving and owning post order management.\nDevelop an understanding of the customers in the regions(s) and their product demands.\nParticipate in ongoing process improvement, product, industry, customer knowledge training.\nUse critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities to coordinate resolution of customer issues regarding product, pricing, lead-times, or quality.\nWorks independently and cross functionally with internal/external departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, Trade Compliance, Quality and Warehouse.\nBe proficient in regional specific requirements (i.e.-contract review, USG FAR/DFARS, flow downs, penalties, source inspections, customer portals, etc.)\nPrepare and maintain status reports for customers and management as needed.\nCommunicate with customers by phone, MS Teams and e-mail daily.\nBack up for Data Entry as needed for SQ entry.\nAttending daily/weekly/monthly meetings as scheduled.\nRequirements\nPositive attitude and attention to detail\nExcellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written\nHighly motivated, energetic, and success oriented\nCourteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills\nMust be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure\nCustomer Service or account management experience preferred\nProficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel\nBachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience\nForeign language skills preferred\nMinimal travel may be needed\nTraining\nPentagon Basics\nExport & ITAR compliance\nAerospace
