special tools, including 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.\nDevelop work instructions and knowledge transfer materials to support tool usage and processes.\nCreate and manage kitting work orders and build material lists for tools, test boxes, and manufacturing equipment\nGather user requirements and manufacturer specifications to support reverse engineering of aircraft component testing tools.\nSupport the design and manufacturing of test boxes, fixtures, and related equipment\nCollaborate with engineers and technicians to improve development timelines and project efficiency.\nRequirements\nRequired\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field\nFamiliarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nAbility to interpret technical requirements and specifications\nPreferred:\nExposure to LabVIEW, PLC programming, or electrical circuit design\nExperience with tools such as KiCad, Proteus, or Altium Designer\nInterest in aerospace, manufacturing, or repair services environments\nSkills & Competencies\nTechnical documentation and attention to detail\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively\nWillingness to learn and contribute in a team-based
