The role requires a hands-on technical leader and performance architect with strong enterprise technology expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to build and scale technology practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead and deliver complex Performance Engineering, Observability, and Digital QA projects.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across architecture, performance, scalability, reliability, and production troubleshooting.\n\n- Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor to CIO-level stakeholders.\n\n- Identify business opportunities, support pre-sales, conduct POCs, and contribute to winning proposals.\n\n- Build and scale technology teams, capabilities, solutions, automation, and reusable IPs.\n\n- Drive account growth, project profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships.\n\n- Conduct project reviews, risk management, architecture assessments, and technical governance.\n\n- Mentor and coach engineers while strengthening performance engineering and architecture capabilities.\n\n- Drive innovation, thought leadership, technical publications, and new solution development.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong expertise in Application Performance Engineering/APM, Performance Testing, and QA.\n\n- Deep understanding of Java/J2EE and enterprise application architectures.\n\n- Strong experience in RCA, troubleshooting, performance optimization, reliability, and scalability of large-scale systems.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics.\n\n- Experience with application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.\n\n- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.\n\n- Performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.\n\n- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB.\n\n- Exposure to Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, or Storm is desirable.\n\n- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.\n\n- Strong pre-sales, consulting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nIdeal Candidate : \n\nA hands-on technology leader / performance architect who can combine deep technical expertise with client advisory, business development, team leadership, and practice-building capabilities.
