Key stakeholders include but are not limited to contracted providers, medical and nursing staff, Local Health Networks, SA Ambulance Service, Department for Health and Wellbeing, Adelaide Primary Health Network, general practice, community services and other jurisdictional colleagues.\nThe Clinical Program Manager works collaboratively with the Integrated Care Directorate and across the Department for Health and Wellbeing, both clinical and management staff to contribute to major system change.\nThe Clinical Program Manager will contribute advice, leadership, management and clinical knowledge to support development and delivery of integrated care initiatives.\nThe Clinical Program Manager will contribute as an integral team member of the Primary and Urgent Care Integration team contributing to the Integrated Care business plan and leadership team.\nSA Health is committed to providing an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion for all employees.
