Introduction SA Power has a vacancy for an Industrial Software Developer to join our team in North Riding, Randburg. The role focuses on developing and maintaining software for industrial automation systems, with an emphasis on embedded systems, SCADA applications and database integration. This includes working with IoT devices, connecting software to PLCs and industrial equipment, and managing the collection, storage and exchange of operational data. The position requires a combination of software development skills and practical experience in industrial technology, with a focus on industrial systems, SCADA and databases. General software development experience limited to web development, mobile applications or conventional business software will not be sufficient for this role.
