the position\nWe are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join Saab Brasil and work with accounting activities, focusing on monthly closing, account reconciliations, accounting entries, financial analysis, and invoice control.\nThis position will also play an important role as a technical reference for the accounting team, supporting the team on a daily basis, sharing knowledge, and contributing to process improvement and standardization.\nMain responsibilities\nPerform and review monthly accounting closing activities, ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial information.\nPerform accounting entries, including provisions, benefit allocations, and expense recognition.\nPerform account reconciliations and analyze variations.\nPrepare reports and analyses to support leadership.\nCapture, register, and check material and service invoices and their accounting entries.\nValidate tax and accounting information, such as CFOP, NCM, amounts, weights, and transfers between branches.\nControl pending documents and resolve discrepancies related to invoices.\nWork closely with the Controlling, Tax, and Inventory teams.\nSupport WIP (Work in Progress) calculation and follow-up of projects under development.\nAnalyze and reconcile accounts related to inventory, consumption, and production.\nSupport the accounting team by providing technical guidance and answering questions.\nContribute to process standardization and the technical development of the team.\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting rules and procedures.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting.\nSolid experience in general accounting, monthly closing, reconciliations, and accounting analysis.\nExperience with inventory control, work in progress, and interaction with Controlling.\nKnowledge of BRGAAP and IFRS.\nKnowledge of invoice classification, CFOP, NCM, and transactions between branches.\nStrong spreadsheet skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, TOTVS, or similar.\nAdvanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings and interact with international stakeholders.\nActive CRC registration is desirable.\nNice to have\nExperience with import processes and import documentation, customs clearance, DI/DUIMP, and accounting of import costs.\nPrevious experience providing technical guidance or support to other professionals.\nWhat we
