The market environment is dynamic and rapidly evolving, requiring continuous innovation and adaptation to maintain competitiveness.\nIn this role, you will act as a change agent, driving the use of AI, automation, and digital tools throughout the Marketing & Sales organization.\nYou will work closely with the rest of the Marketing & Sales team as well with other Digital Drivers at Saab, and the responsibility includes but is not limited to;\nLead and drive the digitalization of our proposal and bid management processes through modern tools and digital-powered solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline marketing and sales processes.\nEvaluate, implement, and support the adoption of AI tools that enhance productivity and decision-making.\nPromote a data-driven and digitally enabled culture within the organization.\nAct as an advisor and ambassador for digital transformation, supporting colleagues in leveraging new technologies effectively.\nMonitor emerging digitalization trends and translate them into practical business applications.\n\nYour Profile\nWe are seeking an individual who is proactive, visionary, and deeply passionate about technology, digital transformation, and AI. You are naturally curious about new technologies and thrive on turning innovative ideas into tangible business improvements.\nThe successful candidate combines technical understanding with business acumen and possesses the following qualifications:\nProven experience in driving digitalization, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.\nStrong understanding of AI technologies, automation solutions, and modern digital workplace tools.\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI and digital solutions can improve business performance.\nSelf-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and lead change initiatives from idea to implementation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBusiness-oriented approach with a focus on creating measurable value.\nCollaborative team player with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels.\nYou will report to the Marketing & Sales Chief of Staff within Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions.\nThe position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.\nThis position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
