We work closely with Japanese partners and collaborate with our engineering teams in Germany to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the local market.\nResponsibilities:\nIn this role, you will support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for system deployments, while supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers as a member of a global, collaborative engineering team.\nSupport the assessment of server hardware requirements, server setup, configuration, and deployment activities\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain applications in Linux-based environments\n\nPerform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis using system diagnostics and log files\n\nProvide first-level technical support for customer systems during warranty and maintenance phases\n\nSupport product demonstrations together with the Application Engineering team\n\nAssist in change management activities and maintain system documentation\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and support communication with partners and customers\n\nIn close collaboration with local team members in Japan, international colleagues, and experts in Germany, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our programs in Japan.
