As our analytics landscape evolves from Qlik to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, you will have a key role in designing scalable data products and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics experiences using Qlik Sense and Power BI.\nDesign, build, and maintain data products using Microsoft Fabric, including lakehouses, data pipelines, semantic models, and analytics solutions.\nExplore and implement new capabilities within Microsoft Fabric, including automation, AI-powered analytics, copilots, and intelligent agents.\nEnsure high standards for data quality, governance, documentation, and lifecycle management.\nWork with data modeling, semantic layers, and business definitions to create consistent and reusable analytical assets.\nCollaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and domain experts to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.\nContribute to the continuous development of our analytics platform, standards, and ways of working.\nThe position can be based in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Karlstad, Malmö, Linköping or Karlskoga.\nYour profile\nWe're looking for a curious and forward-thinking analytics professional who enjoys solving business problems with data and technology. You are comfortable working across both traditional BI development and modern cloud-based analytics platforms, and you are excited by the opportunities created by AI and data innovation.\nWe believe you have\nMore than 5 years of experience within Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar field.\nExperience developing analytics solutions in Qlik Sense.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including one or more of Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, Semantic Models, or Power BI.\nExperience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data transformation processes.\nExperience with Power BI and modern self-service analytics.\nKnowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern cloud data platforms.\nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics best practices.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technology.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Python, Spark, or similar technologies is considered a merit.\nExperience with AI-powered analytics.\nExperience working with data products, semantic models, or domain-oriented analytics.\nExperience from large and complex organizations.\nExperience working within a regulated or security-sensitive environment.\nThis position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
