In this role, you will be a trusted communication partner to the BU management team and play a key role in supporting strategic, leadership and employee communication.\nAs Communication Specialist for BU Gripen, you will serve as the primary communications point of contact for the business unit. You will work closely with colleagues within Aeronautics Communications & Marketing department as well as colleagues and the management team for BU Gripen to ensure clear, engaging and effective communication that supports business priorities and strengthens employee engagement.\nThis is a broad and dynamic role where you will combine strategic communication planning with hands-on execution.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDeveloping and driving communication plans and activities aligned with BU Gripen's strategy and priorities.\nProviding communications support and counsel to the Head of BU Gripen and the BU leadership team.\nPlanning and producing communication content for internal and external channels.\nSupporting organizational changes and transformation initiatives\nDeveloping messages, presentations, communication materials and leadership communication\nSupporting managers and project leaders in communication-related activities.\nSupporting conferences and leadership events\nCoordinating communication activities ranging from larger business initiatives to day-to-day organizational support.\nYour profile\nWe are looking for an experienced communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working close to senior leaders and business operations.\nTo succeed in this role, you have:\nSeveral years of experience in strategic and operational communication.\nStrong ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages.\nExperience supporting leaders and management teams with communication and change management.\nA proactive, service-minded and solution-oriented approach.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExperience from technology-driven, international or highly regulated organizations is considered an advantage. An interest in Saab's mission, the defence industry and advanced technology will help you quickly build credibility in the role.\nThis position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection.
