And discover what you truly enjoy.\nYour role\nWe are now looking for a Field Service Technician, as such you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of advanced sensor products. You will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and systems check while supporting system users and cooperating with Saab’s engineering teams.\nThis position offers hands-on technical work and international exposure, with a primary focus on operations in in the Gdynia area, combined with trips to the Polish coast and occasional assignments abroad.\nNormal working hours are daytime, but on-call duty may be required to support urgent operational needs.\nYou will receive comprehensive technical product-related training before starting the position.\nTask within your role:\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on Saab’s products\nConduct technical investigations and on-site system control\nImplement ad-hoc system repairs and corrective actions serve as a first of support for system users\nProvide first line support for system users\nInterfacing between system users and Saab’s support team\nSupport communication between system users and Saab’s team\nSupport and assist in the delivery of operator training for system users\nYour profile\nProven experience in servicing advanced electrical, electronic and/or mechatronic systems\nProficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and software\nEngineering or technical education (electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics) would be beneficial\nAdvance use of diagnostic software\nProficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and software\nWorking proficiency in English enabling effective technical communication\nAbility to work on- call when required\nReadiness to work in harsh environment and at heights\nComputer skills and basic knowledge of computer networks would be advantage\nMilitary background would be an additional advantage\nStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset\nThis position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+\nWhat you will be a part of\nExplore a wealth of possibilities.
