Then you could be our next Communication Specialist\nAs Communication Specialist with a focus on internal communication, you will play a key role in supporting Business Unit Naval Combat Systems in achieving its business objectives through effective communication.\nYou will work closely with the BU NCS Management Team and across the organization to develop and execute communication activities that strengthen alignment, engagement, and understanding of strategic priorities. By building strong relationships throughout the business, you will ensure that communication supports both operational and long-term business goals.\nThe role requires a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, where you will plan, produce, and coordinate communication activities across multiple channels and audiences.\nAs part of the Business Area Naval Communication function, you will report to the Head of Communication, Business Area Naval, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the communication community to share best practices, align messaging, and drive communication excellence.\nMain responsibilities\nDrive and develop internal communication initiatives aligned with the BU NCS business plan and strategic priorities.\nAct as a trusted communication partner to the BU NCS Management Team and key stakeholders.\nPlan, create, and manage communication activities, campaigns, and content across internal channels.\nSupport leadership communication and organizational change initiatives.\nCoordinate communication efforts with the broader Business Area Naval communication function and communication network.\nMeasure and evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.\nYour profile\nWe are looking for a proactive and collaborative communication professional who enjoys working close to leadership while building strong relationships throughout the organization.\nTo be successful in this role, you bring:\nA university degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in internal communication within a larger company, organization, or communication agency.\nProven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and activities.\nExperience working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.\nExcellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English and Swedish. Additional languages are an advantage.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.\nA structured and self-driven way of working, combined with creativity and business understanding.\nYou are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning business challenges into effective communication solutions.
