Working closely with engineering, project management, operations, customers and suppliers, you will ensure that supportability and safety are embedded in system design and project decisions.\n Your Role:\nLead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary IPS/ILS and system-safety team of approximately 20 employees.\nDrive continuous improvement, standardization and lessons learned across projects and organization.\nManage scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, priorities, quality and deliverables within the function.\nDefine and implement IPS/ILS and system-safety strategies, plans, processes and governance across multiple projects.\nEnsure that supportability, availability, reliability, maintainability, safety and lifecycle-cost requirements are incorporated into system design from an early stage.\nYou will oversee activities such as:\n Integrated Logistics Support planning\n Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)\n Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMT)\n Maintenance-task analysis and maintenance planning\n Provisioning and spare-parts optimization\n Technical publications and product support data\n Lifecycle-cost and supportability analysis\nWe expect you to lead and govern system-safety activities throughout the lifecycle, including:\n Safety planning and definition of safety-management plans\n Hazard identification, analysis and risk assessment\n Development and management of safety requirements\nTogether with your team, you will support bids and proposals by defining support and safety concepts, work packages, estimates and delivery plans. You ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, export-control and safety requirements.\nYour profile\nYou are a confident and collaborative leader who can balance people, technical requirements and project priorities. You communicate clearly, make well-founded decisions and create structure in complex environments. You have the professional integrity to escalate safety concerns when necessary and are comfortable working across organizational boundaries.\nRelevant university degree in engineering, logistics, systems engineering, safety engineering or a comparable discipline-or equivalent professional experience.\nDemonstrated leadership experience, preferably managing technical specialists or multidisciplinary teams.\nGood understanding of systems engineering, configuration management and project delivery.\nGood understanding of IPS/ILS and system-safety principles, methods and deliverables, with the ability to lead and support subject-matter experts in these disciplines.\nExperience managing budgets, schedules, risks and competing project priorities.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nAs an ideal candidate you will bring:\nKnowledge of, or practical experience with the ASD S-Series specifications is considered an advantage, particularly:\nSX000i - International guide for the use of the S-Series specifications\nS1000D - Technical publications\nS2000M - Material management\nS3000L - Logistics Support Analysis\nPractical understanding of system safety in complex hardware / software based systems.\nFamiliarity with system safety and reliability engineering principles, including MIL-STD-882E, FMECA, hazard analysis and safety-case development.\nWhat can you expect from us?\nSaab Danmark is a company that is growing and are in a transition phase to develop more product focused deliveries.
