When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.\nSkills and Experience:\nMinimum candidate requirements:\nWorking towards a mechanical engineering degree, technical/business school, or equivalent \nCompleted Sophomore year or greater at time of hire\nExperience may include comprehensive knowledge of CAD tools, software and other technologies\nCumulative GPA of 3.0 or better\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nWillingness to learn and take on new challenges\nPrior Co-Op experience is preferred, but not required\nDesired Experience:\nExperience with SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, configuration management\nExperience with ASME Y14.5 GD&T\nExperience with tolerance stack-up assessment\nExperience in managing and tracking BOMs and drawing trees\nCitizenship Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. citizen.
