This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high quality components, adhering to industry standards.\nYour profile\nKey Responsibilities: NC Programming and Manufacturing Development:\nCreate NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines.\nValidate NC programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\nDevelop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production.\nCollaboration & Coordination:\nWork closely with Aerospace manufacturing engineers on work packages, ensuring clear communication on project requirements and rework.\nCollaborate with production teams and vendors to enhance manufacturing processes and tooling design.\nQuality & Compliance:\nEnsure all NC programs and processes comply with safety and quality standards.\nParticipate in the review and validation of tool designs and manufacturing processes.\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nundefined\nBasic Qualifications & Job Requirements:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on Experience in NC programming using CATIA or similar software.\nExperience in NC programming for 5 axis CNC machines is essential.\nKnowledge of CATIA V5 and Vericut Software is required;
