You will provide high-quality administration and coordination support, maintain employee records and documentation, assist with key people processes, and help ensure a positive employee experience across the business.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the People & Culture function while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.\nFurther, the successful candidate will:\nProvide administration and coordination support to the People & Culture team\nManage shared mailboxes, ticketing systems and the allocation of P&C requests\nPrepare employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle\nMaintain accurate employee records, databases and HR systems, including Workday\nSupport onboarding, offboarding, salary review and other key people processes\nPrepare reports, analyse employee data and provide insights where required\nAssist with People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute materials\nSupport compliance activities, audits and policy administration\nAssist with employee engagement initiatives, events and training activities\nMaintain and update People & Culture intranet content and resources\nProvide first-level guidance on People & Culture policies and processes\nThis is a fixed term 12-month contract, and the role is based in Adelaide.\nAbout you\nYou are highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy building strong working relationships and have a passion for delivering excellent service to stakeholders.\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nExperience in a People & Culture, HR Administration, HR Coordinator or similar role\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, calculations and reporting\nExperience working with HR information systems, ideally Workday\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\nA high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information\nStrong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, proactiveness are essential skills\nUnderstanding of recruitment process. and candidate management experience would be preferred.\nExperience working across multiple systems and managing administrative processes efficiently\nQualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience\nApplicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level.
