in Europe\nManaging activities of the project team of service engineers and technicians\nEnable the project team and coordinate with Back-office Manager in Europe on logistics processes at different sites in Poland\nFollow up activities defined for Service Engineers in cooperation with System Engineer Lead and Customer Support Lead from Europe\nSupport onsite activities at varying sitesSetting to work and testing of RF-related systems and software-based control and management\nCoordinate and support training on systems\nInspections and documentation with end-users and logistics units at different sites\nHandover to end-user incl. quality checks technical documentation \n\nSupport global lead integration with applicable documentation \nSupport lead integration with local commercial aspects \nFollow up of milestones defined by lead integrator in Europe\nFollow up activities with local suppliers\nReport to Program Manager in Europe\nYour profile:\nAcademic Degree in electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science or similar\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 are beneficial but not prerequisite\nSeveral years of professional experience as a system engineer, as a development engineer or in technical product management in complex projects\nWilling to work with high-end technology/products \nA military career is an advantage\nDomain knowledge in the area of RF-based systems is advantageous\nKnowledge of project management methods and tools\nAnalytical approach, initiative and structured working style\nYou act in a team-oriented manner and have a confident demeanour, negotiation skills and strong communication skills\nPreferred residence either Gdansk or Warsaw regions\nFlexibility and willingness to travel within Poland and
