You will lead the proposal development process for complex international defence deals, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet customer requirements and position Saab competitively.\nThe role is focused on managing the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating inputs from technical, commercial and business teams.\nYou will work closely with Bid Managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders across Saab to deliver compelling proposals that showcase Saab's capabilities and value proposition.\nYour responsibility spans four main areas:\nProposal Development - Lead the creation and assembly of competitive proposals, ensuring completeness, quality and consistency, ensuring that all contributors understand their responsibilities and deliver their input according to plan\nCross-functional Coordination - Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal and financial teams to produce integrated proposals.\nQuality Assurance - Ensure proposals meet customer requirements and follow Saab's standards for content, format and presentation.\nTimeline Management - Manage proposal deliverables, ensuring that it is complete, compliant, professionally presented and submitted on time.\nYour profile\nWe are looking for a structured and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a complex international business environment. You enjoy bringing people together and ensuring that proposals are delivered with the highest quality and on time.\nTo succeed in this role, we see that you:\nHave experience of managing proposals, bids or complex business documents.\nHave strong collaborative and communication skills.\nAre comfortable working across organisational boundaries and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.\nHave excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.\nHave a \"doer\" mindset and take ownership from idea to execution.\nAre fluent in English and Swedish.\nHave curiosity and openness to technological development, with an interest in AI-based tools and methods.\nAspirational mindset with potential to grow into roles as Bid Manager, Bid Center Manager or other roles in sales.\nThis position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
