maintenance, repairs and system upgrades\nHandling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via service portal\nInstallation, inspection, and maintenance of various RF functionalities\nConducting first-level assessments of system operational status\nRoot cause analysis, including reviewing and analyzing log files, testing network connectivity, and verifying software functionality\n1st Level Support: Initial troubleshooting and problem resolution\n2nd Level Support: Advanced issue analysis in collaboration with remote service experts\nClose cooperation with development and production specialists at the local site\nInternational collaboration with experts from other Saab locations\nWorking closely with System Engineering, Integration & Test and Training teams in Europe\nYour profile:\nCompleted vocational training as an Electronics Technician, IT Specialist, or Mechatronics Technician or a degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field\nExtensive hands-on experience in RF technology\nStrong knowledge of RF applications and RF processing\nStructured approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to independently identify root causes and implement corrective actions\nProficient in the use of test and measurement equipment across mechanical, electrical, electronic and signal engineering domains\nIndependent, analytical and results-oriented working style combined with excellent communication skills\nGood knowledge of operating systems, network communications, and switch configuration is considered an advantage\nExperience in RF-based systems or RF-processing is an advantage\nFluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken\nHigh
