You will plan and deliver preventative and corrective maintenance, provide first-line technical support, and ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of Saab deployed systems and Saab OneView™ software solutions.\nFurther, the successful candidate will:\nCoordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.\nPerform routine maintenance across integrated security and IT systems, ensuring contractual requirements are met.\nManage maintenance notifications and schedule activities to minimise operational disruption.\nProvide first-line on-site, phone, and on-call support for Saab-deployed systems and Saab OneView™.\nMaintain accurate service records, test results, and maintenance documentation.\nIdentify, report, and support the resolution of system faults and corrective maintenance activities.\nAbout you\nYour skills and experience will include:\nStrong customer and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly through emails and reports.\nMinimum 3 years' experience working with IP-based security systems.\nExperience supporting and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including networks, workstations, servers, and storage systems.\nHands-on experience configuring and installing Gallagher access control and intruder alarm systems.\nMust have and be able to retain an NSW Security Installers Licence at all times.\nMust have and be able to retain a Drivers Licence at all times.\nMust have and be able to retain an NSW High Risk Work Licence for EWP 11m+\nApplicants must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance if required.
