You will help simplify, streamline, and automate our developers' daily work through smart solutions in CI/CD, build systems, developer tooling, and AI-powered automation.\nAs a Software Engineer within CI/CD you will:\nDevelop and maintain tools and services used by multiple development teams.\nDesign, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines.\nBuild integrations between systems and platforms.\nDrive standardization and continuous improvement of development processes.\nExplore and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity.\nSupport and collaborate with development teams on tooling, workflows, and best practices.\nContribute to a modern developer platform focused on user experience, quality, and efficiency.\nYour profile\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nExperience in Java development, preferably within tooling, platform engineering, or backend services.\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and delivery workflows.\nStrong knowledge of scripting, Linux environments, and container technologies.\nExperience with Git-based development workflows.\nAn interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies.\nStrong communication skills in both Swedish and English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Agentic AI, AI assistants, or AI-driven automation.\nExperience with Gradle, including developing custom plugins.\nExperience designing and consuming REST APIs.\nExperience in platform engineering or Developer Experience (DevEx).\nExperience from large-scale software development organizations.\nYou will work daily with technologies and platforms such as:\nJenkins\nGitLab\nBitbucket\nArtifactory\nJira\nConfluence\nDocker and container-based solutions\nLinux environments\nBash and scripting\nJava\nGradle\nAI tools and agentic AI solutions\nYou enjoy building solutions that enable others to succeed.
