Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility, People & Culture leaders and key stakeholders, this role translates recruitment strategy into operational delivery through workforce planning, process optimisation, technology enablement and service excellence.\nResponsible for driving scalable and efficient recruitment operations, you will provide leadership across recruitment delivery, demand and capacity planning, Workday optimisation, reporting and analytics, recruitment coordination and supplier governance. You will ensure the Talent Acquisition team has the capability, tools and processes required to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes, whilst maintaining a hands-on recruitment capability to support executive and business-critical hiring needs.\nFurther, the successful candidate will:\nLead and optimise Talent Acquisition operations, governance and service delivery\nDrive workforce demand planning, recruitment forecasting and team capacity management\nChampion Workday Recruiting optimisation, automation and process improvements\nDevelop recruitment reporting, metrics and workforce insights to support business decisions\nEstablish and maintain recruitment frameworks, service standards and governance controls\nLead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on customer excellence\nManage recruitment suppliers, agency partnerships and operational stakeholder relationships\nMawson Lakes-Adelaide based role with flexible start times and one day working from home/9-day fortnight will be considered for this role.\nAbout you\nYour skills and experience will include:\nSignificant experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations or a related People & Culture function\nStrong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and contemporary talent acquisition practices\nDemonstrated experience improving recruitment processes, operating models and service delivery\nExperience using enterprise ATS or HRIS platforms, ideally Workday Recruiting\nStrong capability using recruitment metrics and workforce data to drive performance outcomes\nProven experience leading operational change, continuous improvement and governance initiatives\nExceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and people leadership skills\nRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline will be highly regarded.\nApplicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level.
