In this role, you will take full ownership of recruitment processes while supporting employee onboarding and selected HR initiatives. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, deliver outstanding candidate experience, and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will provide recruitment expertise, market insights, and guidance throughout the hiring and onboarding journeys.\nYour place of work will be the company's headquarters in Warsaw city centre.\nThis position is an office-based position, with remote work possible in exceptional cases.\nResponsibilities:\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and mid-level management positions.\nPartner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.\nCreate engaging job advertisements and select the most effective sourcing channels.\nProactively source and approach candidates, including passive talent.\nScreen applications, conduct phone interviews and competency-based interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.\nManage recruitment activities including interviews, assessments, candidate communication, offer preparation, and feedback collection.\nCoordinate the employee hiring process, including pre-employment activities, collection of required documentation and ensuring a positive onboarding experience from day one.\nCooperate with external recruitment agencies and monitor the quality and effectiveness of delivered services.\nEnsure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.\nStay up to date with labor market trends and recruitment best practices.\nOrganize and oversee onboarding activities, including employee documentation, onboarding schedules, and cooperation with managers and internal stakeholders.\nSupport learning and development initiatives, including coordination of training activities and employee development programs.\nCollaborate effectively with the Talent Acquisition Centre within Saab, serving as the local point of contact to ensure alignment of recruitment activities and consistent implementation of talent acquisition processes and standards.\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people development roles.\nProven experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist and professional positions.\nExperience conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews and assessing candidates against business requirements.\nBasic understanding of employment law and recruitment-related legal requirements, including data protection regulations (GDPR).\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.\nExperience working with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter will be considered an advantage.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.\nFluency in Polish is required.
