As part of the Business Support team, the role also contributes to shared administrative services across the business.\nFurther, the successful candidate will:\nCoordinate domestic and international travel bookings across the business, working closely with CWT for afterhours support.\nManage flights, accommodation, transport, documentation and travel insurance requirements\nReconcile travel, credit card and car hire invoices with a high degree of accuracy\nMaintain travel systems, passenger profiles and compliance records\nManage supplier relationships and resolve travel-related issues effectively\nPrepare travel reporting, including emissions and cost analysis reports\nProvide reception coverage and broader business support during peak periods\nAbout you\nYour skills and experience will include:\nExperience in a corporate travel coordination or travel industry role\nStrong knowledge of domestic and international travel booking processes\nProven ability to manage suppliers and resolve issues professionally\nExperience with invoice reconciliation, reporting and financial administration\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\nStrong communication skills and stakeholder management capability\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and travel booking systems\nApplicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.\nThis role is a fixed term 24 months contract.\nWhat you will be part of\nExplore a world of possibilities.
