May require occasional evening/weekend hours for patching/upgrades.\nEssential Functions:\nPerforms the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems, including:\nMicrosoft Office products \nJava JRE \nVisual Studio\nRaytheon EAGLE \nOperations and sustainment of AWS Cloud-native Services, specifically AWS GovCloud.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software issues.\nProvides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams. \nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nExperience troubleshooting software issues required.\nKnowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required.\nCompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview)\nDesired:\nApplication installation/configuration/administration experience on Windows-based systems required, experience with large-scale/complex app configuration a plus.\nStrong foundation and understanding of AWS native services required, experience with AWS GovCloud highly preferred.\nEducation/Experience:\nBS/BA or AS/AA degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI.
