The selected candidate will provide expertise in network infrastructure management, routing and switching, wireless technologies, cybersecurity compliance, systems administration, and infrastructure modernization in support of mission-critical operations.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSalary: $110k-$120k annually (depending upon experience)\nWork Location: Onsite.\nEssential Functions:\nDesign, configure, implement, troubleshoot, operate, and maintain enterprise network and computer systems.\nAdminister and manage Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Base Area Networks (BANs).\nConfigure and support routing, switching, and network security solutions.\nDeploy, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless (WiFi) network technologies.\nPerform systems administration for enterprise computing environments.\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity controls in accordance with DISA, NCDOC, and DoD requirements.\nApply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and harden network and computer systems.\nMonitor, assess, and maintain network and system security to protect mission-critical operations.\nPerform system sustainment activities, including patching, firmware updates, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance.\nSupport infrastructure modernization initiatives and technology refresh efforts.\nTroubleshoot complex network, system, and security issues to ensure operational availability.\nMaintain documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and system changes.\nEnsure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.\nProvide technical expertise and support for enterprise network and computing environments.\nSupport mission-critical operations through reliable and secure infrastructure management.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nAt least three (3) years of highly technical experience in network infrastructure management, including WAN/BAN management.\nAbility to design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot complex network solutions.\nCCNA certification or equivalent experience demonstrating strong routing, switching, and network security skillsets.\nExperience with wireless (WiFi) technologies, including development, implementation, and operational support.\nKnowledge of network security and compliance requirements, including the ability to harden systems, apply STIGs, and follow DISA/NCDOC cybersecurity controls.\nExperience supporting sustainment and maintenance activities, including patching, firmware updates, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.\nEducation:\nBacherlors Degree. Associate's degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Top Secret clearance required.
