The ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance management systems, project coordination, facility operations, and resource planning in a secure government environment.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSalary: $76k-$100k annually (depending upon experience)\nWork Location: Onsite\nEssential Functions:\nOversee the allocation, coordination, and optimization of organizational resources to support facility maintenance, renovation, and capital projects.\nServe as the primary point of contact for personnel seeking assistance with tools, materials, labor resources, and project support.\nCoordinate materials, labor, and financial assets to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines.\nSupport planning, execution, and completion of facility maintenance and capital improvement initiatives.\nManage and monitor resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize productivity across departments.\nUtilize maintenance management systems, including Maximo or similar platforms, to track, manage, and coordinate maintenance activities.\nOversee inspections, validate deficiency data, and support the development of long-range maintenance plans.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to ensure resources are available and projects remain on schedule.\nTrack project status, identify resource constraints, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.\nPrepare reports, documentation, and communications related to resource planning, maintenance activities, and project execution.\nProvide excellent customer service and professional communication while working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in resource management, facilities operations, maintenance planning, project coordination, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating materials, labor, financial resources, or project support activities.\nExperience working with maintenance management systems such as Maximo or similar platforms.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate resources across diverse projects and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking/documentation tools.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field required.\nDesired:\nExperience supporting government, Department of Defense (DoD), or defense contracting environments.\nExperience with facility maintenance, renovation, infrastructure, or capital improvement programs.\nFamiliarity with maintenance inspections, deficiency tracking, and long-range maintenance planning.\nKnowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, and contract coordination processes.\nExperience supporting secure facilities or classified programs.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field required.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Secret clearance required.
