experience)\nWork Location: Fully remote.\nEssential Functions:\nDevelop and execute corporate marketing and communications strategies that support organizational goals, business development efforts, recruiting initiatives, and brand awareness.\nManage and maintain corporate brand standards, messaging, visual identity, and marketing collateral across all platforms.\nPlan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media platforms, email communications, and other digital channels.\nCreate and oversee production of marketing content including graphics, videos, presentations, infographics, motion graphics, and promotional materials.\nLead corporate communications efforts by developing internal and external messaging, announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications.\nSupport recruiting initiatives through employment branding, social media campaigns, recruitment advertising, and talent attraction strategies.\nCollaborate with business development, capture, proposal, and operational teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposal graphics.\nManage website content, user experience improvements, and digital engagement initiatives.\nMonitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.\nCoordinate external vendors, creative resources, and marketing projects while ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met.\nDevelop and maintain marketing templates, branding guidelines, and communication standards to improve organizational consistency and efficiency.\nFoster collaboration across departments to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support organizational objectives.\nOther duties as assigned or required. \nRequirements\nRequired:\n5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, digital media, or related disciplines.\nExperience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.\nStrong knowledge of branding, corporate communications, content marketing, and digital marketing principles.\nExperience creating and managing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.\nStrong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to work effectively with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.\nDesired:\nExperience supporting government contracting, defense, aerospace, or technical organizations.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.\nExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.\nExperience supporting proposal development, capture efforts, or business development
