This role ensures continuous network availability, incident response, and operational performance in a 24/7 environment.\nEssential Functions:\nMonitor network systems and services using enterprise monitoring tools in a NOC environment. \nRespond to network alerts, incidents, and service disruptions. \nPerform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as required. \nDocument incidents, outages, and resolution activities in tracking systems. \nSupport network operations including routine maintenance and updates. \nMaintain logs and operational records in accordance with program standards. \nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance. \nRequirements\nRequired:\n3-5 years of experience in network operations, NOC support, or related field. \nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience). \nExperience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting network issues. \nKnowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching). \nRelevant certifications (e.g., Network+, CCNA, Security+). \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills. \nAbility to work in a 24/7 operations environment including shift work. \nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance. \nDesired:\nExperience supporting DoD or Navy NOC operations. \nFamiliarity with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios). \nExperience with incident management and ticketing systems. \nActive Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance preferred. \nEducation:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
