Saalex offers competitive compensation, career development, flexible work schedules and excellent benefits.\nPosition Type: Contingent on Contract Award.\nSalary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)\nThe Program Management Analyst III supports the Navy by providing advanced program analysis, reporting, and coordination across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering task areas. This role focuses on performance tracking, cost/schedule analysis, and supporting program execution to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and mission objectives.\nEssential Functions:\nAnalyze program performance across cost, schedule, and technical metrics to support program execution and decision-making. \nDevelop and maintain program reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and Government stakeholders. \nSupport Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and contract deliverables. \nTrack program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies in coordination with program leadership. \nSupport planning and coordination of program activities across multiple task areas. \nEnsure compliance with contract requirements, program processes, and reporting standards. \nAssist with resource planning, staffing coordination, and workload tracking. \nCoordinate with technical teams (IT, network, cybersecurity, engineering) to gather and validate program data. \nSupport audits, inspections, and program reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and records. \nOther duties as assigned or required. \nRequirements\nRequired:\n5-7 years of experience in program management, project control, or related field. \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). \nExperience supporting program execution, reporting, and performance tracking. \nKnowledge of project management principles, cost/schedule tracking, and risk management. \nExperience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar). \nDesired:\nExperience supporting DoD or Navy programs and contract environments. \nFamiliarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar performance management frameworks. \nExperience supporting PMRs, CDRLs, and contract reporting requirements. \nRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA Program Management). \nAdditional Qualifications:\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and support complex program environments. \nEffective communication skills for interaction with leadership and stakeholders.\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
