Saalex offers competitive compensation, career development, flexible work schedules and excellent benefits.\nPosition Type: Contingent on Contract Award.\nSalary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)\nThe Project Manager II manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport project planning and execution aligned with cost and schedule objectives. \nTrack project performance, risks, and issues. \nAssist with reporting, PMRs, and documentation. \nCoordinate with technical teams and stakeholders. \nEnsure compliance with program processes and requirements. \nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\n5-7 years of experience in program/project management or related field. \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). \nExperience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects. \nKnowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk). \nRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM). \nDesired:\nExperience supporting DoD or Navy programs. \nFamiliarity with EVM and program reporting. \nExperience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).\nAdditional Qualifications:\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
