The selected candidate will serve as a technical lead for network infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, systems administration, and modernization initiatives supporting mission-critical operations.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSalary: $105k-$120k annually (depending on experience)\nWork Location: Onsite. Ridgecrest, CA.\nEssential Functions:\nDesign, implement, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise network and computer systems.\nSupport WAN, BAN, LAN, and wireless (Wi-Fi) infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies.\nLead network modernization, upgrades, patching, firmware updates, and infrastructure sustainment activities. \nImplement network security controls, system hardening, STIG compliance, and vulnerability remediation efforts.\nMaintain system documentation, network diagrams, and configuration baselines.\nSupport cybersecurity audits, compliance requirements, and Government-directed security controls.\nCollaborate with engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and customer stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nExperience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and computer systems.\nExperience designing, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network solutions.\nExperience supporting WAN, BAN, and LAN environments.\nExperience administering routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless network technologies.\nExperience with system hardening, STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, patching, firmware updates, and cybersecurity compliance requirements.\nStrong knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and enterprise infrastructure sustainment.\nAbility to work independently and provide technical leadership within a team environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDesired:\nCCNA certification or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise in routing, switching, and network security.\nExperience supporting DoD or Federal Government environments.\nExperience implementing DISA cybersecurity controls and supporting compliance activities.\nExperience supporting Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise networking technologies.\nExperience leading infrastructure modernization or network engineering projects.\nEducation/Years of Experience:\nMaster’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of related experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 9 years of related experience required.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Top Secret clearance preferred.
