This role is responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and optimizing the use of resources to ensure mission success. The position serves as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, acting as the primary interface with the Government COR on technical and project issues.\nEssential Functions:\nProvide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational activities across the program.\nFormulate and implement policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.\nManage acquisition and employment of project resources to meet contractual requirements.\nOversee contractor execution of Task Order (TO) requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives.\nServe as the primary point of contact with the Government COR for technical and project-related matters.\nLead through subordinate supervisors to ensure effective coordination across departments.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in supervisory roles providing recommendations across program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.\nProven ability to manage complex programs and lead diverse teams.\nDesired:\nStrong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and program management principles.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nEducation:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Top Secret clearance required.
