Saalex is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services.\nPosition Type: Full-Time/Contingent\nSalary: $87K-$179K (depending on experience)\nWork Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see onsite requirements below).\n**Onsite Requirements: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite at Saint Inigoes, MD.\nEssential Functions:\nThe ideal candidate will have experience with planning, directing or coordinating the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations.\nDuties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.\nAct as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for major projects on the contracted effort.\nServe as the primary interface and point of contact with GPLs and other Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.\nOversee Contractor execution of the TO requirements. Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nMinimum eight years of experience required\nAt least four of those years must have included specialized experience in the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of multiple projects in the design, systems engineering, or field service of military C6ISR.\nAt least four of the eight years must have included management or supervisory experience.\nEducation:\nMaster’s Degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, or a Computer Science or IT discipline.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive Top Secret Clearance (SSBI) required, interim TS acceptable to start.
