This role requires a strong understanding of Live, Virtual, and Constructive training environments.\nEssential Functions:\nDirects, coordinates, and manages range task order functions\nDevelops and implements range strategies, policies and procedures in the execution of this effort\nExecutes range task order management to improve efficiency and effectiveness\nEnsures effective coordination across different functional groups and areas.\nOther duties as assigned or required\nRequirements\nRequired:\nSix (6) years of management experience on DoD ranges supporting training mission operations for a wide spectrum of mission types during large exercises\nBachelor's degree or equivalent military training required\nDesired:\nTen (10) years of management experience on DoD ranges supporting training mission operations for a wide spectrum of mission types during large exercises\nProven record of successfully managing large-scale DoD effort and leading cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to lead in a collaborative team environment\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent military training required. Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related field preferred.\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust be eligible to obtain a secret clearance.
