Saalex offers competitive compensation, career development, flexible work schedules and excellent benefits.\nPosition Type: Contingent on Contract Award.\nSalary: $85k-$140k (depending on experience)\nThe Systems Engineer I supports the Navy by designing, engineering, and integrating enterprise IT systems and architectures across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport system engineering tasks including design and documentation. \nAssist with integration and testing. \nDevelop technical documentation. \nSupport system configuration analysis. \nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements\nRequired:\n1-3 years of experience in relevant field. \nBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). \nExperience supporting enterprise IT environments. \nKnowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments.\nDesired:\nExperience supporting DoD or Navy programs. \nFamiliarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems. \nRelevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.).\nAdditional Qualifications:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work in complex environments. \nSecurity Clearance:\nMust be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
