Ensure end-users are duly responded to on time to maintain a track record of zero escalations.\n\n- Monitor production environments, identify the root causes of issues, and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.\n\nDevOps & Collaboration:\n\n- Hands-on with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software features.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices.\n\nTechnical Qualifications :\n\n- Core Language: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.\n\n- AWS Ecosystem: In-depth, practical experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions is mandatory.
