Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA, with offices in the UK and India.\nPosition Summary:\nWe’re expanding our Product Engineering team at Saarthee, an agile, innovation-led group focused on designing, piloting, and scaling data, analytics, and AI-powered platforms.\nWe’re looking for DevOps Engineers - Product Infrastructure who will own deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management across all Saarthee products.\nIn this role, you’ll design and manage the cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks that support both pilot and production environments. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to ensure reliability, performance, and seamless delivery across Saarthee’s growing product ecosystem.\nYour Role Responsibilities and Duties:\nDesign, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multiple products.\nOwn the DevOps and infrastructure setup for pilots, MVPs, and production-grade deployments.\nSet up and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated build and release processes.\nImplement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.\nManage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).\nMonitor and maintain application performance, uptime, and security across environments.\nImplement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).\nCollaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment strategies and environment consistency.\nEnsure cost optimization and scalability of cloud resources across multiple projects.\nMaintain disaster recovery, backup, and rollback mechanisms.\nDrive automation at every level - provisioning, deployment, scaling, and configuration.\nSupport product pilots and scale-ups, ensuring fast iteration and stability in new releases.\nContinuously evaluate new DevOps tools and frameworks to enhance infrastructure efficiency and security.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n6-10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.\nExpertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.\nHands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).\nProficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.\nExperience with IaC tools -
