Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA, with offices in the UK and India.\nPosition Summary:\nWe’re expanding our Product Development team at Saarthee - a fast-paced, innovation-driven unit focused on building the next generation of data, analytics, and AI-powered platforms.\nWe’re looking for a Front-End Developers who combines creativity, technical depth, and ownership to deliver intuitive, modern, and high-performing user interfaces.\nAs a Front-End Developer, you’ll work across multiple products while owning one end-to-end leading its front-end architecture, experience, and pilot execution. You’ll collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex data-driven concepts into engaging and impactful user experiences that scale.\nRole Responsibilities and Duties:\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain responsive, performant, and visually refined front-end applications.\nOwn the front-end development lifecycle of one product while contributing to others as needed.\nCollaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions.\nIntegrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth communication between front-end and backend systems.\nContribute to light backend work or API integrations when needed, demonstrating full-stack capability.\nImplement state management, routing, and modular UI components using modern frameworks.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design.\nParticipate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD processes, and uphold engineering best practices.\nContinuously improve the user experience through experimentation, performance tuning, and creative problem-solving.\nStay updated with the latest front-end and full-stack technologies, tools, and practices.\nStay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in modern front-end development.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n4-8 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development, building scalable and modern web applications.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nHands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or Angular.\nExperience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.\nKnowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.\nFamiliarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and version control (Git).\nExposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\nBonus: Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, or Chart.js).\nAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.\nA builder mindset with
