Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and India\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking a Java Architect with deep expertise in the Payments Domain to define, architect, and scale distributed, high-volume systems. This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready payment platforms.\nYour Role Responsibilities and Duties-\nOwn end-to-end architecture and design for high-scale, distributed services in the payments ecosystem.\nDrive technical vision, best practices, and architectural standards across teams.\nStay hands-on with prototyping, debugging, and complex problem-solving.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering Managers.\nConduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.\nMentor engineers across levels, fostering innovation and growth.\nEvaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance developer productivity and system performance.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n10-12 years of backend engineering experience.\nExpertise in Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud.\nStrong proficiency in Payments Domain with proven experience in high-volume, distributed systems.\nExperience in system design, scaling, performance optimization, and security.\nHands-on with Microservices, NoSQL databases, RDBMS, and caching techniques.\nProficiency with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).\nKnowledge of at least one additional programming language (Go, Python preferred).\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).\nWhat we Offer:\nBootstrapped and financially stable with high pre-money evaluation.\nAbove industry renumerations.\nAdditional compensation tied to Renewal and Pilot Project Execution.\nAdditional lucrative business development compensation.\nFirm building opportunities that offer stage for holistic professional development, growth, and branding.\nEmpathetic, excellence and result driven organization.
